Here at Louisa’s we pride ourselves by treating each pet as if they were our own, by providing the same kindness, care & 100% attention each & every time.
What we do best
One way in which we achieve this is by staggering appointments so that each pet can be groomed on a one to one basis. The majority of pets are ready to be picked up 2-3 hours after arrival.
Grooming is made as much fun as possible to ensure that stress is kept to a minimum, so that your pet is more relaxed & learns to tolerate and even enjoy the grooming process.
Time is taken with your dog to build up a bond of trust. We allow for breaks & the dogs to have drinks & of course to answer the call of nature.
