My vet recommended Louisa and Harvey my Miniature Schnauzer is now a regular visitor. It is always a pleasure to take Harvey knowing that he is going to be in such capable and expert hands. Our vet recommended Louisa’s to us 14 years ago when we first got our Westies. From the very first visit we were impressed by her care and attention and the genuine affection she shows to her furry clients. Our Westies would be delivered to Louisa ‘wild and woolly’ but emerge a few hours later fit for Crufts, complete with ribbon bow attached to their collars! We now have a young Cockapoo who is a magnet for thorns, mud and twigs – Louisa miraculously transforms her into a fluffy cuddly teddy bear at each visit. Louisa’s recognizable love of dogs empowers her to offer that personal touch and attention to detail which sets her salon apart from bog standard grooming parlours.

Louisa is so patient and gentle with my dog George. He is a little tinker when it comes to grooming. I stay with him and I know Louisa lets any dog owner stay if they wish.

Bruno came home with a smile on his face and a fabulous groom. Louisa came highly recommended after we'd had a bad experience.
